Founded in 2016, Prana Mani helps build trauma-ready schools, programs, and communities. I educate professionals, parents, and children on how trauma affects learning, relationships, and organizational culture—and how to prevent and heal those effects through evidence-based interventions, brain-science, mindfulness, and yoga.I work broadly with school districts, non-profits, shelters, first responders, juvenile justice programs, group homes, and other service organizations. Projects include professional development, social emotional learning, strategic planning, and workshops integrating somatic and wellness practices.
