Human Trafficking Search (HTS) is a global resource and research database on human trafficking. Launched in 2006, HTS manages thousands of resources from around the world, covering topics that include forced and bonded labor, sex trafficking, child trafficking, forced marriage, and much more. The resources found on HTS provide knowledge and information to service providers, advocates, law enforcement professionals, students, researchers, and anyone who wants to learn more about modern slavery.My role as Program Director involves updating and curating our database which contains information in multiple languages, from over 120 countries. I also manage the publication of our bi-weekly blog and original research on modern slavery, which both provide timely analysis on current events and trends in the sector. I am also responsible for the content of our social media spaces and sectoral relationship building and advocacy work.
