   Physician & Provider Recruitment: Leads system-wide full-cycle physician and provider recruitment to provide world-class patient-centered care, service line and practice growth, increased revenues, and support for the mission of Cone Health. Collaborates with Cone Health leadership to determine physician staffing needs and recruitment strategies. • Operations Effectiveness/Labor Utilization: Leading the reduction of system-wide locum provider expense. From FY2019-FY2022, we reduced locum expense by $6.5M. Developed leadership committee for reporting, standardized acquisition processes, and negotiated global service agreement with major firm.• Physician & Provider Recruitment Process Improvement: Collaborate with service line and practice leaders, physicians, HR, and other staff utilizing LEAN tools to continuously streamline and improve the provider recruitment process, including process mapping, identifying current and ideal states in order to remove delays and waste (time/resources), creating an engaging and valuable candidate and hiring leader experience.• Physician Employer Branding: Developed branding strategy including a physician/provider landing pages and marketing to promote Cone Health physician and provider jobs and the practice site communities.• Physician and Advanced Practice Strategic Plan: Collaborated with Cone Health leadership and a consulting firm to develop a provider strategic plan, based on service areas, provider staffing needs, and Stark regulations.• Hospitalist Program Development: Worked with COO and medical and admin directors to move our program from an outside contract group to an employed Hospitalist group, recruiting 23 Hospitalists as a start to more than 100 Hospitalists in 5 years.
