   Provide New Hire training for all new compliance officers, monitor and direct a team of 6 compliance officers. Provider Education reviews, audits, and feedback to more than 1500+ providers in more than 15 states. Review Psychotherapy and Psychiatry encounters for all providers including LCSWs, PsyD, PhDs, APRN, and MDs. Perform New Provider, Facility, Fraud investigations, and Outside payor audits as needed. Work closely with the COO and CEO to draft provider education videos and feedback that will be given to all providers. Create Clinical documentation improvement measures, to be used company-wide. Onboard and train all new Compliance officers. Monitor a team of 6 compliance officers, review their work, and answer any questions they have as they onboard. Train consulting team leads with the consulting firm. Train and educate all compliance officers on new guidelines and documentation requirements as they’re introduced. Weekly consulting calls, with CEO, CFO, and COO to verify where training target areas are. Work closely with consulting firms to build provider training programs. Record and edit all training materials for providers. Verify that all CPT and ICD coding is correct. Implement changes to the documentation template, allowing providers to bill and document at the proper level. Pull, review, and submit any outside payor audit request, via electronic portal, fax, or secure email. Meet with outside payors to discuss audit findings. Submit any rebuttals and audit request updates (missing documents, responses, etc.) Train and manage a team of coders, keep them up to date on coding changes, and help with any issues they may have. Be available for providers/auditors for any billing or documentation questions.
