The streamlined system enabled the team to take on more maintenance projects while freeing up the production team to focus solely on new builds- AI Tool Implementation: Partnered with leadership to research, test, and implement an AI-based audio recording and summary tool that enhanced team efficiency, improved communication flow, and elevated the overall client experience- Change Order Process Enhancement: Developed and implemented Slack automations and integrations to simplify the change order request process, improving accuracy for clients and accounting while enabling better reporting and reduced administrative workload.
