Maintains documentation standards through company acquisitions, rebrands/name changes, and organizational realignments.• Supports documentation initiatives and improvements/troubleshooting for Quality Assurance (QA), Facilities, Human Resources (HR), Contracts, Business Development (BD)/Sales/Marketing, Security, Product Owners, Program Teams, and Customer Support.• Documentation Lead for Quality Management System (QMS) updates, revisions, and releases. Supports ongoing document maintenance and preparation for annual ISO 9001 audits—which has contributed to us maintaining our ISO 9001 certification for more than a decade. • Tech Docs advisor for legacy CCS-C Production and Sustainment Contract (CPASC) deliverables from the extension contract (bridge) to the Command-and-Control System Consolidated (CCS-C) Sustainment and Resiliency (C-SAR) recompete through the follow-on contract award Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submittals.• Organizes the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) committee’s community outreach events, such as school visits to Kratos Space Headquarters and a hands-on exhibitor booth at the Cool Science Carnival at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. • Provided writing and editing assistance for Kratos’ Transforming the Ground Enterprise with SpectralNet™ IF Transport white paper, which was published in the November 2015 edition of MilsatMagazine.
