Manages 2 direct reports on the recruiting team: providing mentorship, training, performance reviews, and goal setting-Owns the full candidate life cycle: attracts, screens, schedules, interviews, and negotiates offers to close candidates-Responsible for approximately 15-20 open requisitions at one time, including roles in the following business units: entry-level sales/marketing, summer internships, strategy & operations, engineering, and partner success-Develops a critical eye for candidates by fully understanding the unique needs of various business lines and job profiles; conducts comprehensive interviews that test for qualifications-Markets the firm to candidates, developing a strong sense of what sells in the competitive market and how EAB packages its career opportunities-Leads and trains business lines on competency-based interviewing-Drives decision making with business managers to expedite the hiring process-Analyzes recruiting data and trends using our applicant tracking system Hirebridge and Excel to inform strategy and meet individual recruiting goals.
