Over 30 years experience in government requirements development, acquisition management, program execution and Business Development, Rebekah began her career as a civilian with the U.S. Army Materiel Command. She worked in industry positions of increasing responsibilities in both domestic and international business development and government relations. She worked closely with the U.S. government regarding successful compliance which enabled companies to continue to supply critical capabilities and services after transitioning to foreign ownership. Rebekah is currently an owner of Command & Control Systems, a management consultant company focused on Strategy and Planning, Business Development and Capture, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Leadership/Mentoring Development. Rebekah is known for her ability to focus organization resources and capabilities using her extensive understanding and anticipation of customer needs. Her strong management & organization leadership abilities, coupled with excellent technical & programmatic skills, have enabled her to mentor diverse teams in achieving organization goals. Rebekah has consistently led the development and execution of successful strategies in partnership with global businesses to grow through organic, adjacent market and M&A opportunities, ensuring “Competitive Positioning” and “Business Rhythm” for winning new business.
