   Develops, builds and grows the sports medicine specialty practice at Spooner Physical Therapy as a nationally competitive brand. Oversees the functional operations and performance of the Spooner Physical Therapy Sports Medicine Specialty. Works collaboratively with the Practice Performance team to deliver elite level training to clinicians in the area of sports medicine. Engages team to achieve department and company performance goals by establishing clear expectations and facilitating initiative and action. Monitors and reports on key success metrics daily, weekly, and monthly. Executes, tracks and reports on athletic partnership(s). Coordinates provision of onsite and offsite sports medicine healthcare services and care for athletes. Acts as the care coordinator for athletes in a timely manner and in close collaboration with providers within and outside the Spooner Sports Medicine Specialty Practice, as well as the clinic team and treating therapists. Creates and maintains standard operating procedures for offsite sports medicine coverage. Develops a professional network of providers to encompass the complete needs of the athlete.
