About Rebekah Gray

After graduating from Vanderbilt, I followed the advice my father gave all his children: build a career elsewhere first, earn valuable experience, and then bring that perspective home. I spent nearly a decade with a construction division of a global aerospace and defense organization in Washington, DC, where I led complex planning efforts and gained the operational discipline and resilience needed to navigate high-pressure, highly regulated environments.I returned to Gray full-time in 2010, working in the field, and since then have grown through leadership roles across the organization.Today, I strive to lead with strategic clarity, a strong work ethic, and a focus on people, culture, and collaboration. I’m honored to serve as President of AGC of Kentucky and to support Howard’s Team, which honors my father’s journey with MS.Outside of work, you’ll find me cycling, offshore fishing, or trackside at Keeneland with my husband, Ben.
