About Rebekah Day

My mission is to promote and support the cultivation of total wellness for individuals, couples, families, and organizational communities by providing compassionate, expertly tailored, evidence-based care and services to my clients. I have worked as a helping professional for over 22 years, with 14 of those years working in the social work profession. I have been a case manager for families and children and a clinician in community mental health organizations and in private practice. My years of providing support to others has fostered a deep dedication to empower clients to navigate life\'s challenges and achieve personal growth, healing, and resilience through emotional, mental, and social well-being and connections.Through thoughtful and collaborative interventions, I aim to create environments where individuals and communities thrive, building strong foundations for lasting wellness and fulfillment.I utilize trauma-informed, client-centered, strength based, holistic services that include assessments of needs, mental health interventions, case management, and community referrals/collaboration. My practice focuses on cultivating client\'s individual strengths and building foundations to support them as they direct their self growth and healing through talk, play, art, and mind/body connections. I help clients develop skills to attune and connect with themselves, connect to others, to communicate more effectively, and build stronger relationships with those around them. I truly believe that if we can identify, reinforce, and build systems of support and care around individuals, and empower thoughtful connections with in communities, we will see the greatest outcomes.I am bilingual in English and ASL as well as other forms of American English based signed communications.
