I’m Rebeka Noman, Founder and CEO of BEK & Co, an HR firm dedicated to helping businesses grow through people-first strategies. With over seven years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation across the banking and retail industries, and an MBA in IT Management, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how strong systems and strong teams work hand in hand.BEK & Co. was built on the belief that organizations succeed when they invest in their people. We partner with businesses to support every stage of the employee journey. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement, our goal is to help build workplaces where people feel valued and supported.Before launching BEK & Co, I spent years working with financial systems, managing ledgers, preparing reports, handling taxes, and overseeing budgets. But what always stood out to me was the human side of business. I enjoyed working across teams, solving problems, and supporting colleagues in ways that went beyond numbers. That’s where the idea for BEK & Co. came from.Throughout my career and MBA journey, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects including marketing strategy for small businesses, HR planning for accounting firms, sustainability planning, competitive analysis for large brands, and nonprofit event management.
