ABOUT REBEEN PASHA

Shaped by the power and passion for connecting people and knowledge, I\'ve evolved from a refugee to a changemaker in global development strategy and partnership architecture, helping global organizations establish and scale transformational programs, partnerships, and people strategies. For two decades, I\'ve helped bring global initiatives from conceptualization to implementation – from leading teams to supporting establishing Saudi Arabia\'s CDC strategy to spearheading COVAX\'s 2nd phase 2 billion covid19 vaccine deployment policies and comms, to founding Iraqi Kurdistan\'s first innovation ecosystem and SME incubator, to establishing Peace Corps Office of Global Health and writing the Guidance on Paris Declaration/Country Ownership DRM operationalization for USG, to conceptualizing the Health Innovation Hub for UNICEF, and designing and scaling $200M worth of health education and vocational training programs in Africa (44 countries portfolio), co-administering $5.4B in interagency funding, and so much more.Going where I see a calling to make immediate lasting change, focusing on transformative, not performative projects with global scale, my evolving career spans high-stakes negotiations with ministers, advising senior leaders and CEOs, and strategic roles across USG, UN, and private sector partnerships, where I\'ve consistently transformed complex health systems and international development. My expertise in mobilizing resources and forging high-impact partnerships has yielded extraordinary results that have changed lives around the globe.As a trusted advisor from frontline communities to policymakers, often behind the scenes, joining at times of change management and need for innovation and scale, I have I\'ve driven systemic change through initiatives from US Govt to the multilats, NGOs to private sector. By connecting people, knowledge, and resources – informed by my lived experience of systems in crisis – I consistently deliver results in complex, high-stakes environments. My approach combines interdisciplinary innovation with strategic partnership building, whether I\'m advising national governments on strengthening service delivery systems, or empowering communities through capacity building and co-designed solutions that make the implausible possible.I believe that we can make the world a better place, despite the challenges and bureaucracies. From enabling entrepreneurs, advising governments, and creating global partnerships that change lives, I know the power of innovation and focusing on solutions.
