About Rebecca Wynne

I have 25 years of financial services industry experience with roles in risk, sales, operations, controls, strategy, field enablement, and crm program management. My current areas of expertise include defining and executing business strategy, process improvement and harmonization, and leveraging these disciplines as building blocks of a more successful Salesforce implementation. Two previous firms introduced me to Salesforce as a customer, and for the last 15 years, I\'ve been steadily growing my skill set in Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds. I joined Salesforce in 2021 as a Business Process Consultant. This truly is my dream job. It combines my passion for process improvement with the power of Salesforce to enable clients to realize the value of their investment on the platform more quickly - and at scale. In my time away from work, I am deeply involved with and serve as Board Chair of The Senior Source - a Dallas nonprofit that assists, connects and protects older adults. Yet another reason to love working for Salesforce: they encourage and fully support my community involvement with up to 56 hours of VTO per year!
