Provide leadership, direction and administration for Sony Music’s PX strategy, while giving input to organizational direction, culture and ensuring delivery of high-quality people processes that align with the business strategy • Serve as trusted PX Partner for Sony Music Nashville and Provident Entertainment, including RCA Inspiration • Support employee programs that focus on diversity, gender equality, identity and representation • Provide expertise in the areas of career development and succession planning, performance management, executive coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, employee relations, and learning and development. • Collaborate with organizational leadership to identify broad challenges and opportunities, building upon the existing culture to implement structural changes needed for continual company growth.
