Hallam Land is one of the largest land promoters in the UK with a portfolio of over residential plots and an unrivalled track record, resulting in permissions for more than homes, as well as other uses such as commercial, logistics, retail and community development. As part of the long-standing Henry Boot PLC Group, a strong financial backing supports our land promotions and the ability to fund strategic infrastructure, to deliver complex projects.In 2023, we invested £38.5m, taking our total land investment to over £120m. We have an honest, collaborative and personal approach, forming close partnerships with landowners, key stakeholders and communities across England, Scotland and Wales for over 30 years.With further planning reform on the cards, it is now more important than ever for landowners to seek long-term, reliable partners to promote key land assets and maximise value. Our professional and proficient teams secure viable planning permissions on typically complex sites, for a wide range of landowners. The sites we manage range from medium to large residential schemes on predominantly greenfield land, to strategic urban extensions and new neighbourhoods. We also obtain permissions for large-scale, mixed-use commercial sites and logistics schemes.Through our skills and commitment, we aim to deliver positive and sustainable benefits for landowners, local communities and the environment.I head up the Northern Office based in Leeds, which covers the Yorkshire, North West and the North East region.
