Teaching: I teach Environmental Science and Technology at MSci/BSc level and also contribute to teaching on the MEng/BEng Civil and Environmental Engineering Programme. I supervise and examine research projects to PhD level. I undertake contract and consultancy work related to rivers and their management, and in relation to urban ecosystem services.Research Specialism: Urban Environments, Urban Ecosystem Services, Water and Catchment Management, Rivers and River Restoration, and Greenspace Research (including greenspace and health). Skills: Communication, Public Engagement/Outreach, Networking, Interdisciplinarity.

I have participated in Homeward Bound, a prestigious global women in STEMM leadership programme culminating in a voyage to Antarctica in 2023 (#TeamHB5).
