Managing all recruitment, selection and onboarding within sportscotland• Providing advice and guidance related to recruitment, selection and onboarding such as policy, procedure, legislation and best practice• Coordinating company-wide vacancies and progressing them in consultation with recruiting managers• Creating and promoting job adverts, ensuring that sportscotland is attracting and retaining the best talent• Supporting recruiting managers at interview stage; organising and attending all interviews • Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs are met in every area of the business• Policy creation and development, support with implementation of policy changes• Providing an optimal candidate experience, increasing the employer profile and developing talent pools• Supporting the implementation of key recruitment initiatives and projects, including streamlining processes to ensure a more efficient service provision• Working with the Learning & Development Officer to deliver recruitment and selection training to brief/upskill managers on recruitment policy and process including diversity and inclusion • Operational management of external resources; contracts such as Recruitment Partners, Disclosure Scotland etc. ensuring cost effective service delivery• Ad-hoc duties such as providing assistance to HR, supporting payroll and conducting right to work checks in accordance with UKVI Regulations
