Responsible for organizing and facilitating a comprehensive, equity-driven assessment plan that aligns with the mission and vision of the College. Fosters a student-centered culture of continuous improvement both inside and outside of the classroom, collaborating with faculty, staff, and students in the development and measurement of outcomes and the creation of data-informed action plans that lead to improved student learning and processes. Facilitates processes for General Education assessment & chairs the General Education Assessment Committee.2. Supports faculty in the development, refinement & timely assessment of measurable learning outcomes.3. Administers & assesses processes for tracking & maintaining assessment for learning in Administrative, Educational & Service areas with a emphasis on Student Affairs/co-curricular programming.4. Designs & facilitates professional development on assessment for faculty & staff including but not limited to assessment professional days and Learning Collaborative Workshops.5. In collaboration with the Coordinator of Instructional Design, assists faculty in the design & assessment of formative and summative assignments and other classroom pedagogy. Works with the Director to develop, facilitate & assess processes for collecting, analyzing, organizing, & tracking assessment data.7. Works closely with academic leadership, subject matter experts, & the instructional design & technology team in course and program design/development processes.8. Collaborates with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Strategic Analytics to analyze, interpret, present, & effectively use data results to inform strategic decision-making.9. Assists with accreditation including the support of activities related to NECHE.10. Participates in statewide assessment initiatives (Advancing a Massachusetts Culture of Assessment and the coordination of program approvals at the MA BHE level).
