Adventure Associates was founded in 1991 by Ed Tilley, Don Taylor and myself. Together we grew the organization into one of the most successful companies that blend interactive team building programs with corporate training workshops. We have facilitated thousands of workshops that enabled our clients to improve their performance or celebrate their success. I specialize in working with our clients to customize workshops to meet their goals. I enjoy learning about the issues of our clients and supporting them from the initial call through the date of their workshop. In addition, I facilitate many of our Myers-Briggs Type Indicator workshops and large group team building adventures. We have built a great team at Adventure Associates that practices many of the processes that we put into place for our clients. Our daily learnings as a work team often lead to innovations in our team building and workshop offerings.
