ABOUT REBECCA KINSELLA
Having studied in Liverpool I have achieved a BA in Physical Education, a PGCE in secondary Physical Education and a PGCERT in Understanding Autism.I am the whole school Head of Enrichment at my current school as well as a PE and Games teacher.I have taught PE to pupils from Preschool to Year 11 in a school setting both in the UK and internationally. I have also coached children from 18 months - 16 years old in a variety of activities but primarily Football, Gymnastics and Trampolining.I have coached teams in multiple sports such as Netball, Football, Basketball, Swimming and Athletics. During this time I was responsible for arranging fixtures and transport, selecting squads and conversing with parents ensuring they had all the necessary information. I have also taken a U11’s Girls squad to the 2024 QPPSSA Games where they finished 2nd place in Football and 3rd place in Basketball.I have a keen interest in sport and Physical Education. My aim is to create an environment that promotes sustained engagement in physical activity over an individuals lifetime, I do this through creating a safe and challenging environment which encourages all pupils to take risks and find enjoyment through PE.
