After acquiring A Dream Come True Catering, Rebecca rebranded under the moniker Dream Events & Catering. She worked to overhaul the company’s culture, rebuild internal systems and cultivate employee and client relations, and recreate a profitable company grounded in giving back. This meant creating a truly supportive and creative work environment for the family of employees, as well as being good neighbors to the larger community by supporting hundreds of causes and fundraisers over the years. Under Rebecca’s intentional direction, Dream Events & Catering has seen substantial growth, more than doubling annual revenue in four years and increasing its team to over 40 employees. All while staying true to the core values of belonging, loyalty, sustainability, and wholeheartedness that create the sensational events and experiences our clients love.
