Direct all aspects of Leadership for Five Seasons (LFS) programs: Adult, Youth, Executive and Alumni.• Lead substantial alumni volunteer network associated with leadership programming, including volunteer recruitment, placement, training, and industry day oversight for 18 committees and Advisory Board.• Manage promotion and execution of complex application processes for three LFS programs, including coordinating with school counselors and HR partners, delivering information sessions, managing submissions and interviews, assembling selection committees, and notifying candidates.• Coordinate and lead all aspects of Youth and Adult LFS annual retreats including transportation, lodging, catering, volunteer support, guest speakers, group activities, and more. • Plan, execute, and host monthly and quarterly business support programs such as Let’s Get Down to Business speaker series, Speed Networking, and Hiawatha Business Summit.• Collaborate with experts internally and externally to deliver programs that explore relevant topics for small businesses and the greater Cedar Rapids business community.
