As Associate Broker, Property Manager for Atlas Real Estate, I\'m responsible for managing a large portfolio across the Front Range consisting of ~ 200 single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes and apartment communities up to 24-units.My job duties include supervising our property management pod from training to talent development. I complete move-in and move-out inspections, reconciling security deposits. I develop, analyze and evaluate financial statements and budgets. In addition, I follow up with delinquent residents and coordinate collections/evictions procedures.I create advertisements for multiple listing services and marketing material used to promote properties and serve as project manager on renovations/remodels, overseeing projects from conception to completion. I process vendor invoices/supply orders, negotiating with the vendors to cut cost on turn expenses. I implement leasing plans and manage renewal campaigns, researching and setting rates for both. I also work with the property management software program Appfolio.
