Project Manager for all merchandising needs for the Showroom, Wholesale Trade/Distributor, & Retail/Co-op channels. Key Accomplishments: • Created and implemented a process workflow for all custom merchandising needs to ensure all internal departments and external suppliers were aware of their roles and the timing needed to complete projects. • Responsible for direct report hiring of Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst position. Coordination of phone screening, on-site interviews, & eventual hiring of role. • Partnered with internal leads to create training materials and assisted with the training of Customer Support department to transition of Sales Support specific duties.
