Crafted segmentation strategy, buyer personas, value proposition, and positioning statement. Led to multi-million dollar investment in new department. Developed a market entry strategy for a $2B lending institution that led to $50M in new or reallocated business within 2 years. The new initiative provided increased capital access to MWBEs. Launched a community-focused nonprofit with $2.5K in seed money and built into a sustainable organization with 200+ active participants and 65 volunteers. Organization promotes social justice, equity, anti-racism, and inclusion. Led team to research and develop first draft of an updated environmental sustainability strategy for major public transportation system, taking into consideration ridership shifts related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Designed and executed capital campaign strategy for a nonprofit organization, raising campaign goal in pledged commitments within 6 weeks of launch, and ultimately realizing 105% of pledged donations. Built and deployed a web analytics strategy for an eCommerce platform that serves Local Food Hubs across the globe. Measuring marketing & site performance through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools. Designed and implemented sales operations infrastructure for management consulting organization, which contributed to a 2x revenue increase within a year. Included Salesforce customization and implementation.I’m an active participant in my community having served on the board of Children’s Community School - West Philadelphia. I have volunteered as a mentor with Temple University\'s Young Alumni program, as a consultant with Compass (a pro bono strategy consulting organization that serves nonprofits), and a mentor to teen entrepreneurs with Startup Corps.
