In my current position as Group Recruiter, I lead recruitment for all companies within the Proximo Group (across UK-wide locations and support functions). Focused on enhancing and innovating recruitment strategies to elevate the Proximo Group\'s profile and attract top talent.I am responsible for sourcing professionals across diverse sectors, including IT, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Learning & Development, Logistics, and Transport. Alongside this, I assist broader HR responsibilities, including the creation of new starter contracts, conducting interviews on behalf of the group, and supporting group-level HR initiatives.We are hiring for some exceptional roles within our Chester HQ, Branch Network, and beyond!
