About Rebecca Briggs
I help nonprofits and mission-driven organizations harmonize their messaging, outreach, and marketing. My mission—however large or small the project—is to help integrate communications efficiently and elegantly with all aspects of an organization\'s internal and external work.Viewing the organization as an ecosystem, I believe a strong communications strategy can be key to effective operations, programmatic work, and development. I value collaboration and strive for authenticity, accessibility, creativity, and inclusivity.I bring over fifteen years of experience in nonprofit and mission-driven communications, operations, and project management. I had the privilege of serving for many years as the Communications Lead for the Biodynamic Association, a national nonprofit membership organization serving farmers, gardeners, businesses, consumers, educators, and others interested in a regenerative approach to land stewardship. I then served as Director of Programs & Community Development for the newly formed Biodynamic Demeter Alliance. My experience includes print and digital publishing and messaging, membership and community outreach, marketing, social media, development, event planning, budget development, project management, board relations, and strategic planning.As a consultant, I’m excited to help organizations realize the full potential of their mission.
