Territory Owner of YOPA Doncaster (DN1 - DN14) Being the territory owner of this includes me owning my own franchise within YOPA managing the day to day runnings of the business including valuations, viewings, negotiations and all other aspects of operating a successful estate agency. My role further includes - • Self generating business both via social media, networking, referrals and other methods. • Making YOPA a brand that locals are aware of and creating a significant board presence in certain postcodes and targeted areas. This has been done through many community events which have seen me volunteering for local flood relief efforts (as seen in The Negotiator) and also sponsored community events including Dominion Local Easter Egg Hunt of which we are a main sponsor. • Day to day operation, each day is different from viewings, to valuations, sales progression, offer negotiating and selling additional services such as LS and FS. •Expanding my business to include a Territory Manager covering valuations in order to grow the area further and provide more valuations/viewings where needed.
