I spent fifteen years inside enterprise transformation. Not advising from the outside. Inside, embedded with the teams, in the rooms where decisions get made, watching what happens when a framework meets an organization that was never prepared for it.I have launched twenty Agile Release Trains. Trained over 1,500 professionals. Stood up Lean Portfolio Management programs, OKR frameworks, and change management architectures across organizations ranging from AT & T to Edward Jones to Turner Broadcasting.And I watched the same pattern emerge every time. The frameworks were sound. The implementation was disciplined. And the organizations on the other side were exhausted and still facing the same problems — now wrapped in Agile terminology.I took a step back. Went back to the ground level. Worked as a Scrum Master inside teams instead of above them. What I saw, I could not unsee.Then I watched AI arrive. The same energy without architecture. The same speed without wisdom. The same adoption without the human foundation that makes any of it stick.This is why I created The ARISE Method: AI-Responsive Innovation through State-based Execution.
