I founded Thread & Fable to deliver marketing and communications work, interim support and campaigns both as myself and through putting amazing teams together; a combination of other freelancers, agencies and experts I\'ve worked with across a breadth of sectors. Thread & Fable has worked across sports, higher education, charity and public sectors with some amazing clients, including; numerous universities and colleges, Youth Sport Trust, Women in Sport, Team England, UK Sports Institute, British Triathlon, Swim England, Lumos, Bookmark Reading Charity, the NHS, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, and many more, along with numerous agencies as an associate including 448, Lynn, Comms2Point0, Neon Caffeine, among others. With a passion for youth marketing, I began sharing insight reports looking at key research, reports and data impacting children and young people - with a view to helping marketing and communications professionals better engage youth audiences. This has led to several Engaging Youth Reports, delivering workshops and training, speaking at events, articles and hosting the Hear It Podcast (now in its 5th season). I also published research supported by the CIPR in February 2024 on Gen Z news media habits.
