I am an accomplished leader in the restaurant, retail, and hospitality industries. As a skilled marketing and operations leader, I have developed and re-launched new processes to help generate sustainable and profitable growth. I have launched new catering programs, developed new standard operating procedures, led training and development for existing and new company operated stores. I am passionate about serving people in the restaurant industry and empowering others along the way. I am an active participant of various organizations developing future business leaders. I am also a former mentee in the Gleam Network, Women’s Foodservice Forum, and CHART (Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers).I am a self proclaimed foodie and food is my life!
