About Rebecca Richards
As a Human Resource Professional, I believe that human capital is a company’s greatest asset. Without compatible management teams, businesses will fail. Personally, helping individuals, teams, and organizations realize their abilities, capacities, and strategic goals is one of my greatest ambitions and passions. Equally important to me, is the ability of a leader to use human capital to create social change; this is why I decided to pursue a Master\'s of Public Administration. My ultimate goal is to have a service-based career by facilitating economic development and increasing the impact and reach of social enterprise across the private and nonprofit sectors. Brigham Young Univerisity\'s motto, “Enter to Learn, Go Forth to Serve,” has become my personal mantra.
