I’m the Talent Partner and Founder of RP Connections, where I help purpose-driven organisations build inclusive teams through equitable, people-first hiring and bespoke recruitment consultancy.Alongside this, I currently also support Catch22 on a part-time contract across all things talent acquisition and best practice. This hands-on role keeps me closely connected to the challenges and opportunities, while strengthening the expertise I share with clients.I also sit on the judging panel for the Kent Charity Awards, to help recognise the incredible work happening across the county. I work with charities, non-profits, social enterprises, academic institutions, and membership bodies - all organisations striving to make a positive difference. My goal is simple: to connect the right people with real purpose.I also volunteer as an Enterprise Careers Advisor, helping young people gain confidence in interviews, CVs, and career choices.Outside of work, I’m a natural chatterbox and genuinely love connecting with people.
