I\'m an organizational/corporate consultant and facilitator who helps organizations build inclusive cultures. I work with leaders to develop the skills they need to leverage diversity on their teams, create psychologically safe environments, and design equitable talent systems. Through workshops, coaching, and learning programs, I help companies transform how they approach inclusion so they can boost creativity, performance, and engagement. In a sentence: I help people understand each other better across differences and turn that understanding into better business results. I bring over 15 years of experience as a strategist and creator of cultures where engagement and inclusion are backbone of success. Career-Defining Achievements: Spearheaded a multi-year global inclusion strategy for an engineering Fortune 500, reaching over 2k leaders across 19 countries with tailored training programs. These efforts reshaped the company’s leadership culture, embedding inclusion at every level. Developed and led 25+ workshops and digital tools, including flagship programs like \"Developing Inclusively\" and \"Inclusive Talent Management,\" driving measurable improvements in leadership behaviors. Partnered with a global pharma to deploy a multi-year global strategy, including intercultural competence development and practical tools for enabling inclusive leadership, delivering impactful workshops and microlearning tools across international offices. Helped increase engagement among underrepresented groups in a global management consulting firm and elevating inclusive leadership practices that directly impacted the bottom line. My goal is to create spaces where people are valued, and empowered - and able to give their best.
