   The Supervisor of Hosting Support oversees teams of Hosting Support Consultants who provide customer service and support for GoDaddy customers on inbound telephone calls regarding issues ranging from questions with current products/services to assisting in the sale and/or set up of new purchases. They also introduce customers to new offerings, contract extension options, and attempt to sell additional products/services. This job requires the supervision of Hosting Support Consultants, which includes addressing complaints, resolving problems, providing developmental feedback and ongoing training. Lead a team of Hosting Support Consultants to accomplish defined goals and objectivesImplement and provide on-the-spot training and developmental feedback to each Representative on team at least once per weekContinually plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, address complaints, and resolve problemsMaintain team motivation through continuous feedback, positive reinforcement, and incentive contestsEncourage Representatives to take ownership of customer issues and ensure one call resolutionOffer suggestions regarding how to handle escalated issuesManage performance and service goals as defined by the companyIdentify areas of opportunity within the team(s) to develop and implement comprehensive action plans.
