ABOUT REBECCA NITTI
I grew up watching my Mom, a non-college graduate, create two successful businesses in male-dominant fields. It was those days helping my Mom that not only instilled in me a great work-ethic but also (even though at the time I did not know) my love for Human Resource Management. HR, of course, does include making tough decisions and crunching numbers but to me, it also means so much more. It means helping a company succeed through innovative and diverse ideas. It means having the ability to think boldly and create plans that help to increase profits for a company while also supporting an inclusive and empowering culture. I had the privilege of watching and learning through my Mom that to be a true leader means to listen to others with an open mind and to be an active voice for change. I am excited and eager to learn about HR through professionals in my field and I would love to connect and talk!
