ABOUT REBECCA L.
With over 15 years experience in the sports industry, I am currently the Director of Membership Services for the Portland Fire WNBA team. I lead a team of both Premium and General Membership Service Account Managers with a focus on professional development and strategy for membership retention. We power this through a culture that\'s all about elite service and experiences to even better connect our most dedicated fans to our team.My career in sports began in 2010, and I’ve been fortunate to grow across multiple leagues and roles - from MiLB to NHL, NBA and finally the WNBA. I hold a Master’s degree in Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, where I developed the tools and perspective to lead with purpose in the ever-evolving world of sports business. Originally from Richmond, VA, basketball has always been a central part of my life, both on and off the court. In fact, spinning a basketball on my finger is still my one and only party trick!Whether it’s connecting with our clients, teammates, or fellow basketball fans, I’m energized by the people who make this game great.
