I have worked in statehouses, courthouses, and communities, always focused on earning trust, creating alignment, and using both law and relationships to drive change that matters. From building and managing teams and coalitions to leading through controversy, I have learned how to navigate scrutiny, bring unlikely allies together, and get results where others stall. My background includes the private, public, nonprofit, and advocacy sectors, giving me a 360-degree view of how real change happens. I’ve led government and public affairs and grassroots strategy across multiple states, and worked through highly scrutinized regulatory environments where trust was earned day by day.I\'ve secured a client’s priority funding increase in the Ohio General Assembly, defeated 20+ ballot measures that threatened energy development, and led multi-state campaigns and vendor teams to deliver policy wins in high-scrutiny environments. Along the way, I’ve built trusted relationships across political lines, turned adversaries into partners, and never lost sight of the people and communities at the heart of the work.What drives me is the belief that leadership in public affairs and advocacy involves integrity, humility, and a willingness to listen first.
