Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events (online and in-person), including conferences, corporate meetings, trade shows, seminars, client entertainment, podcasts and webinars. Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including budgeting, venue selection, logistics, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation. Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event delivery. Manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and making recommendations for cost savings without compromising quality. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper promotion and attendance at events. Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and signage are properly installed and removed. Work closely with event staff to ensure smooth execution of events. Monitor and evaluate event performance, collecting feedback from attendees and stakeholders, and making recommendations for future improvements. Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety obligations during events.
