I’m a seasoned veterinary emergency and critical care professional with over 20 years of hands-on clinical experience in small animal medicine. Beyond the clinical floor, I’ve spent more than a decade designing, developing, and leading impactful learning and development (L&D) programs: especially for scientifically driven, high-performance organizations. In recent years, my work has focused on innovative, disruptive methodologies in adult learning, educational technology, and strategic implementation. I’ve partnered with clients ranging from individual practices to corporate enterprise teams, helping to bridge clinical excellence with practical, scalable education solutions. Whether leading organizational change, innovating novel smart product designs, developing cross-functional partnerships, or mentoring teams through complex projects, I bring a people-first, patient-centric approach to everything I do. My strengths include executive coaching, project management, strategic L&D, and open-source change management with a consistent focus on collaboration and outcomes.
