As a Senior Director, Leisure Supplier Management at Direct Travel, one of the top travel agencies in the North American leisure travel space, I leverage my MBA in International Studies and my extensive global experience to create and execute data-driven business solutions that enhance our sales performance and customer satisfaction.I am passionate about connecting people through meaningful relationships and professional skill development. I oversee a team that builds and manages day-to-day relationships with strategic travel suppliers and travel advisors alike, aligning agency sales with business strategy.
