   Manage Global Inclusion hiring strategy for the Engineering and Product R&D teams in alignment and partnership with TA and DIBs. I create Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIBs) strategies as they relate to driving equity, partnerships, and innovative initiatives across the organization. From external partnerships to internal belonging trainings and programs I work with senior leaders across TA and R&D, Sales, GBO, and Product to consistently build a foundational and scalable strategy to ensure that opportunity is available for all. In additional to the consulting portion of my role, I also lead the analysis and reporting and use our application and internal data to determine opportunities to innovate and ensure our programs are inclusive and promote a sense of belonging for all. My key stakeholders and partners are within Data, Apps, Mobile, Product and Design. I align the teams work and programs around enacting our yearly strategy with eyes on our 5 year plan. The team I lead also act as advisors and analysts for data and enterprise reporting with heavy project and program management.
