As a generalist recruiter, I\'ve built up experience recruiting for over 140 unique job titles for various departments including Recruitment/ Talent, Data Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Growth, Credit Risk, FinCrime, Fraud Prevention, Compliance, Business Operations, Marketing, Product, Tech, Sales, Customer Operations. basically, you name it and I probably have experience hiring for it!Outside of day-to-day recruitment I\'ve enjoyed being hands on with creative project work including rolling out company wide interviewer training and a successful graduate programme. I\'ve organised in-house company wide TedTalks, was voted \'Happy Club\' committee chair to drive excellent culture and won person of the month in March 2025. On a personal note, I\'m partial to a West End show and exploring new countries is my favourite thing in the world (literally)! My life\'s goal is to keep my visited country count above my age. so far so good! As a lover of wildlife and stunning views my top 3 travel destinations to date are Canada, South Africa and Costa Rica!
