I\'m a product marketer, lifelong learner, and avid skier! During the week, I\'m a Product Marketing Manager at Xactly Corp. When It\'s the weekend, I love to travel, read, hike, and ski. I studied Communications at California State University, Fullerton but followed my dreams to create unique experiences for customers in the tech space instead. Throughout my 7+ years experience in Tech, I have found that I love solving people\'s problems. This originally started when I worked in Support, and nothing motivated me more than working with my customers to find a solution. Fast forward a few years, and I was promoted to Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help streamline processes across our Product suite and develop product launch plans.A summary of my work includes:1⃣ Partnering with Support and Customer success to gather and consolidate customer feedback, and leveraging that to prioritize issues and define and execute our product roadmap.2⃣ Improved communication with customers and cross-functional teams by creating and leading user groups and quarterly release demos.3⃣ Created sales enablement collateral including a playbook, case studies, solution pages, decks, and one-pagers.
