   I serve as a change and project management advisor to federal agencies, private businesses, and non-profit organizations.Currently providing project management and strategic planning support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)\'s Workforce Readiness Cycle (WRC), which aims to grow and retain an experienced, well-trained, and resilient workforce. I led the WRC’s Reservist working group through the design process of a new workforce deployment model. I trained 18 professionals at FEMA on Agile and Scrum to facilitate the working group’s transition from a “Waterfall” to an Agile product management approach—resulting in the formation of a collaborative Scrum team. I serve as the team\'s Scrum Master, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings to ensure project progress and alignment with goals. As a result, the team has successfully released the model to 1,513 reservists and is on track to release future iterations of the model to over more reservists in early 2025.
