Engineering executive focused on platform and data transformations, the architectural and organizational work that turns fragmented systems into cohesive foundations for products, experimentation, and AI-enabled capabilities. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve led engineering organizations through major evolutions at companies including Resilience, Disco Technology, and Trove Recommerce. My work centers on building platform and data infrastructure that allows product teams to move quickly with confidence, including shared service architectures, event and data pipelines, internal APIs, observability, and strong operational discipline. A core theme across my work is strengthening data foundations so organizations can safely unlock more advanced capabilities over time. This includes modernizing pipelines and warehouses, establishing clear data modeling and governance patterns, and ensuring systems are instrumented to support analytics, experimentation, and data-driven products. I care deeply about building strong engineering organizations alongside the technical systems. I’ve grown teams from a handful of engineers to multi-disciplinary organizations across product, platform, and data, developed engineering leaders, and established the architectural and execution discipline that allows teams to scale without slowing down. Recently, I’ve been building with modern AI tools to stay close to how software is evolving in practice. I’m particularly drawn to roles where platform and data infrastructure enable new product capabilities, especially in environments focused on developer platforms, experimentation systems, and data-driven products.
