ABOUT REBECCA IVY
Above all else, my faith and relationship with God guide every aspect of my life and leadership. I strive to lead with integrity, humility, and purpose, grounded in the values that come from my walk with Him.As the Associate Vice President of HR Operations & Solutions, I have the privilege of leading an exceptional HR team that aligns our systems, data analytics, and processes with the broader goals of the university. Together, we create strategies that enhance the higher education experience for our faculty, staff, and students.Prior to this role, I served on the university’s leadership team as the Lead HCM Project Manager for Ignite—a transformative, cloud-based initiative that redefined how we manage finance, procurement, reporting, and HR functions. We successfully completed this project on time and under budget in June 2020, and we continue to build upon that momentum to ensure long-term impact.Throughout my career, I\'ve had the honor of working alongside senior leaders to shape strategy, develop talent, and foster meaningful collaboration across the organization. I’m passionate about building strong teams, investing in people, and driving change that reflects both excellence and empathy.Core Strengths:Collaborative & servant leadershipMentoring and developing high-performing teamsStrategic planning and executionHuman resource policy and complianceTalent assessment and developmentNavigating organizational change and risk
