I may sometimes push the boundaries – but I will never burn a bridge, because relationships are the most valued aspect of my life. As the Founder of Idea Hall, I know that I am in the business of relationships. The business of understanding, the business of cooperation, the business of communication, creation and producing positive results. I truly believe that to succeed we must be champions of all things good. When I believe in something, I will use my own influence to achieve the goal.As a colleague, leader, wife, mom, sister, daughter, friend - there are many things that deserve my time, talent and energy. It can be tricky to navigate and uphold these important responsibilities. Making a positive difference in each connection is my priority and my intent.What matters most to me is my family - my biological family, my extended Idea Hall family and my community family. With time being such a precious resource, I try to make the best and most of our time together. What’s underneath it all is honoring relationships and seeing people as whole and important. I believe that this is the foundation and future for a better world.
