About Rebecca Hale
For more than 20 years as a Physical Therapist in home health, I had a front-row seat to one of the most underserved moments in a family\'s life — the point where safety, independence, and quality of life all converge, and nobody is truly guiding the conversation. I founded Fig Tree Living to fill that gap. Fig Tree Living is a private-pay senior consulting practice built on clinical expertise and genuine compassion. I work with seniors and their families across Northeast Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, helping them with two things the healthcare system rarely addresses well: Staying home safely — through PT-based home safety assessments, strength and balance evaluations, fall prevention planning, and family coaching. Navigating transitions — helping families understand their options, find the right senior living community, and move through one of life\'s hardest decisions with clarity and confidence. What makes this different is the clinical lens. I\'m not a placement agency. I\'m a Physical Therapist who understands the whole person — the body, the home, the family dynamic, and the emotional weight of these decisions.
